Our Solution
We started with what we do best: proper grading and drainage.
- Re-graded the entire area so all water now flows away from the foundation and toward the street.
- Rerouted every downspout to empty into the street instead of the yard.
- Installed a solid base with the right slope for long-term performance.
Once the drainage was perfect, we installed a beautiful new paver walkway using Techo-Bloc Slate pavers in Champagne Grey with a crisp Onyx Black border. The contrast between the soft grey and the sharp black edging gives the space a clean, modern look that instantly upgraded the front of her home.
