Our team brought in fresh topsoil to raise the low areas where water was collecting, carefully re-graded the spot for proper runoff, and then hydroseeded the area with high-quality fescue grass. This gave the yard a clean, healthy start while solving the standing water issue for good.
Once the customer saw the quality of our work, they decided to move forward with several additional improvements. We performed over 9 tree removals throughout the property, starting with the first two that gave them confidence in our safe and efficient process. We also removed 50 overgrown bushes that had become outdated and crowded.
In their place, we installed beautiful new Crepe Myrtles, which will provide vibrant seasonal color and a much cleaner, more structured look as they mature. To finish everything off and really bring the property back to life, we refreshed all the beds with a fresh layer of premium pinestraw.
